Yes. Standalone villas are half our portfolio; we have our own service staff, not complex contractors.

Once a month together with the report, to a Thai or foreign account, whichever suits you.
What do I need to start?+
Property documents and a contract with us. The rest (photos, texts, platforms) we handle ourselves.
